Complaint procedure

Compliments or complaints share them with me.

If you have a compliment, even if you have a good idea, let me know. Even if you have a complaint, please let me know. I will then do my utmost to resolve your complaint.

Complaint period:
Within 3 days you will receive a response after which I will deal with the complaint and give you an answer or solution within 10 days.

Financial Services Complaints Institute (KIFID):

If the answer is unexpectedly unsatisfactory and the complaints procedure has been fully completed, you can turn to the KIFID within 3 months. KIFID is an independent complaints office that deals with resolving disputes between consumers and financial service providers. Zimmerman Hypotheekadvies is affiliated with the KIFID under 12046424.
